【有創業想法時，該怎麼確定自己準備好了？】#LEAPworkshop #校友來分享
在前幾場 LEAP workshop 中，我跟 Rosa 邀請 #Kellogg 在校生 Gino 及 #CEIBS 校友、蜂行資本(Hive Ventures) 創辦人 Yan 來場跨世代對談。
剛結束矽谷 VC 實習的 Gino，在實習過程中更瞭解自己需強化的能力，而 Yan 也分享他認為 #VC 在找的人才，及投入這個產業的最佳時機。
這場對談中，最讓我印象深刻的是 Gino 問 Yan 「如何確定自己準備好 #創業 了？」Yan 表示，MBA 畢業後的職涯，他會思考每個選擇是為自己開了更多機會，或者把路走窄了，「 我覺得當你還沒有負擔時，可以豁達一點，把事情想得更遠，給自己多些選擇、看看不同的可能性。」
MBA 學生畢業後，常有面對不同選擇的機會，我也建議學生把眼光放遠，學習擁抱自己做的任何決定，相信一定有所獲得！
